These low-polygon model environments were built in 3D Studio Max for PC and Playstation games. The animations were used in the game interface.
I was given the names of scenes/models by my Lead Artist. I then collected photo reference, took all my own photos for textures, built the models in 3DS Max, created the textures in Photoshop, textured the models in Max, lit the scenes and animated the cameras. The models and animations had to be processed via in-house tools to be exported for in-game use so I needed to work within strict limitations set by the programmers, re. polygon numbers and texture space.
